Order and Shipping

We are working with limited resources and it’s completely  Handcrafted/Handloom Products, So Dispatch of the product may take around 5-15 days, Thanks for the Support of local ART.

We are shipping domestic and International as well

Once the payment for the order has been credited in our account, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS of Order Receipt.

For certain delivery locations, it may take a little longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Orders are packed and shipped between Mondays to Friday, excluding public holidays. In case any order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, the same will be processed and shipped within three business days.

To avail free shipping worldwide, minimum checkout value should be 500 USD or Equivalent .

We ship orders through various third party logistic service providers (“Logistic Partner”). The cost of shipping is calculated and included in the price displayed at the time of checkout.

In case you need an order by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance.

Order once submitted can be cancelled within 24 hours. Refund will be provided in customers account directly.

Please fill the RETURN FORM within 24 hrs for transfer to your account. If you failed to fill the form within 24 hrs. Refund for the amount shall not be possible.

If for any reason, If we are not able to ship the goods after 20 days days of placing the order, OR if (You do not receive tracking details within 20 days of placing the order ) in that case Customer can cancel the order and we will refund the amount directly into your account.

Please fill the FORM to cancel the order. This does not apply on Customisations / Made to order.

If the shipping/delivery address provided by you is inaccurate or incomplete, in that case the delivery of the order may be delayed.

We do free shipping all over India through DTDC/DHL/UPS/Blue Dart Courier. You can track your order on website by clicking on track your order in the help section.

International  shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange

If you are not available at the time of the delivery of the order, the Courier Company will take the order back and mark it as not delivered and will try again as per their schedule. You can also contact your local DTDC/DHL/UPS/Blue Dart Courier Office and reschedule the delivery. As soon as logistic partner handover the shipment to consignee the risk of Loss /Damage of product is on the customer’s account.

The prices mentioned on the website are exclusive  of GST. No taxes to be paid other then the prices mentioned on the website.

We takes responsibility for sending customer goods in good condition within the promised timeline. However, if the order is undelivered and returned back to us and we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the Order/Products with us for a period of 6 months. In case of no communication/response from client over this 6 months period, We will forfeit the amount paid on the order/Prodcut and the Same Product will be up for reselling.

Special Hand-Crafted / Embroidered  Orders

Hand-Crafted / Embroidered, special order products typically take up to 4 weeks from date of order to be handcrafted, packaged and shipped. This orders will be handcrafted by the artisan and the nature of the work takes time and can take up to 4 weeks for the artisan to complete.

Payment Policy

Once you reach checkout, the website will reflect the final price of your order. Price is exclusive  of the shipping charges and the applicable GST.

Your order will be confirmed once your payment is completed. Transaction processing is based in India, We provide you the following payment options on the Website:

  1. Debit or Credit Card
  2. Google Pay;
  3. Net Banking;
  4. Wire Transfer
  5. Paypal

Once you have selected the payment mechanism, you shall be redirected to a third party online payment gateway service provider, wherein you will be required to transact the payment of the price reflected at the time of checkout, inclusive of all costs and taxes.
